Role Overview The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic consultant to leadership and a champion for employees, ensuring that HR initiatives seamlessly align with broader business objectives. This role transitions HR from an administrative function to a critical business driver by coaching leaders, resolving complex organizational challenges, and leveraging people data to optimize performance, culture, and team structures. Core Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Coaching Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and line managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Translate business strategies into actionable HR and talent initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency. Provide continuous executive coaching and guidance on leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, and performance management. Data-Driven People Analytics Design and maintain automated HR dashboards to track essential organizational KPIs, including headcount, turnover, recruitment velocity, and attendance patterns. Analyze people data to identify underlying trends, presenting weekly or monthly strategic insights to corporate leadership to guide decision-making. Audit and refine HR systems and data pipelines to ensure accurate tracking across regional or departmental variances. Talent Management & Organizational Culture Lead performance review cycles, succession planning, and talent mapping within designated business units. Design initiatives that scale organizational culture, especially during periods of rapid growth or across distributed, cross-border teams. Identify training needs for business units and partner with Learning & Development teams to execute targeted upskilling programs. Employee Relations & Compliance Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, objective, and thorough investigations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and regional labor laws related to day-to-day management of employees, actively reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Advocate for employee well-being and engagement, designing feedback loops to capture and act on employee sentiment. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic Business Partner or People Operations leadership role. Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in designing and managing data-to-dashboard architectures (e.g., Looker Studio, advanced Google Sheets/Excel) to present clear metrics to executive teams. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and how human capital strategy directly influences corporate objectives. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, advocate, and challenge perspectives at the senior executive level.
