🔵💻IT Governance Officer🏦 Bank: (KIB) Kurdistan International Islamic Bank for Investment & Development 📍 Location: Erbil Head Office, Kurdistan Region💼 Industry: Financial Services ⏱️ Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or within the banking sector.🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in a related IT field.📑 Preferred Certifications: COBIT Foundation, ITIL Foundation, ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation, CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT) is an advantage.🌐Languages: Kurdish, Arabic and English📌 Required Skills:▪️Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, and IT Governance frameworks.▪️Understanding of IT policies, procedures, and process management.🔑Key Responsibilities:▪️ Implement and monitor the Bank's IT Governance Framework in line with COBIT and industry best practices.▪️Develop and enhance IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.▪️Document, review, and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDDs).▪️Develop and monitor IT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).▪️Prepare governance and performance reports for management and relevant committees.▪️Follow up on audit observations & timely implementation of corrective actions.▪️Coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and other stakeholders.▪️Support IT risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.▪️Assist in IT Governance Committee meetings and governance awareness initiatives.📧 Apply: Please Submit your CV to [email protected]⏰ Deadline: 10 August 2026#KarKurdistan #Erbil
