About the role
Madarek Group is hiring an IT Help Desk professional. Requirements:At least 1.5 years of experience in IT.Basic knowledge of IT help desk support and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, email management, and professional correspondence — mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.Spoken English at B2 level. Working hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. On-site from Sunday to Wednesday; remote on Saturday and Thursday. Monthly salary: IQD 800,000.
