IT Support Specialist

An IT Support Specialist is needed to provide technical assistance and support to our internal staff. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and maintaining network infrastructure. Candidates should have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.
