IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our employees in Baghdad. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, network maintenance, and user support. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position.
