📌 Job Vacancy – Junior IT Support in the Banking SectorOne of the private banks in (Baghdad – Al-Karrada) is looking for a Junior IT Support with basic technical knowledge to join the IT team immediately.Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Requirements:◻️ Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD) architecture, focusing on secure User/Group/OU management.◻️ Solid knowledge of implementing and reviewing Group Policy Objects (GPOs).◻️ Practical knowledge in (DNS, DHCP, FTP, File Servers) .◻️ Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware peripherals (printers, scanners) and end-user devices (desktops/laptops).◻️ Deep understanding of Network Segmentation (VLANs) and isolation techniques.◻️ Knowledge in Routing & Switching fundamentals (STP, LACP, Static/Dynamic routing) with a focus on their security impact.◻️ CCNA certification (or equivalent knowledge)◻️ Knowledge in Access Control Lists (ACLs) and NAT.◻️ Linux Foundations: Basic understanding of CLI (Command Line) navigation and file system management.◻️ Basic Understanding of Linux permissions, users, and basic security configurations.Interested candidates meeting the above requirements are invited to send their CV to: [email protected]
