Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/fit-out cost management, pre & post contract administration, and project financial control, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) * Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget * Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts * Prepare interim valuations and payment certifications * Review contracts, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants * Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities * Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field * Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE * Proven experience working mainly in fit-out or construction in Dubai/UAE * Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control * Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Strong knowledge and understanding in AutoCAD drawings Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via WhatsApp: **+971563480112** Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
