The role ensures that all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Company standards, client requirements, and applicable international regulations. Qualifications and Experience: - Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in lifting operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role on gas or hazardous sites. - Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging practices, and relevant standards (e.g., LOLER, ASME). - Experience working in hazardous gas areas and familiarity with gas safety practices. - Excellent leadership and coordination skills. - Good understanding of site safety requirements, risk management, and permit-to-work systems. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
