Logistics Project Coordinator

A company operating in the Construction, Transportation, and Logistics sectors is seeking an experienced Logistics Project Coordinator to work at Artawi Field, Basra.Location: Artawi Field, Basra, IraqWorking Schedule: 12 hours per day, 6 days per weekKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and follow up on daily transportation and logistics operations at the project site.Monitor vehicle and driver allocation, attendance, movement plans, and operational readiness.Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, the Logistics Department, and the client to ensure smooth operations.Monitor vehicle availability, technical condition, fuel requirements, and operational issues.Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.Ensure the validity and availability of vehicle and driver documents, licenses, permits, and certificates.Follow up on work permits and site access permits, coordinating with the concerned parties to avoid operational delays.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client standards, and company procedures.Address operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to management.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or project coordination.Experience in personnel transportation, fleet operations, or oil & gas / construction projects is preferred.Fluent English, both written and spoken.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Experience with fleet management systems, GPS, or IVMS is an advantage.Good knowledge of work permit and site access procedures, including follow-up of their validity.Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a field environment under a 12-hour, 6-day work schedule.Please send your updated CV to: [email protected] Subject: Logistics Project CoordinatorPlease include your total years of experience, current or most recent position, current or last salary, expected salary, and earliest joining date.Only shortlisted candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted. للتقديم عن طريق الموقع : https://khana.jobs/jobs/7799 فرصتكم ويانة أكبر 🧡
