Maintenance Manager

We're hiring a Maintenance Manager (Iraq) to lead maintenance operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our production facilities.Main PurposeLead the plant's maintenance function by ensuring all machinery, equipment, and utilities operate efficiently while delivering continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity.Key Responsibilities• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team of engineers and technicians.• Drive achievement of maintenance KPIs, including machine availability, MTTR, MTBF, OEE, utilities consumption, and SHE performance.• Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget (OPEX & CAPEX), ensuring effective cost control and compliance.• Lead line modifications, support new production line installations, and manage equipment upgrades.• Oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules to reduce unplanned downtime across production lines and utilities.• Manage spare parts strategy, inventory, and availability while minimizing obsolescence risks.• Conduct risk assessments and ensure equipment reliability, operational safety, and contractor compliance.• Partner with the management team to implement continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.• 7–9 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role.• Excellent command of English.• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP system proficiency.Working Conditions• 5 working days (Sunday–Thursday)• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM• 100% plant-based📩 Apply now: [email protected]: Maintenance Manager
