We are seeking an experienced **Marketing & Brand Manager – Precious Metals** to lead our global brand strategy, strengthen our market presence, and position Marmara as one of the leading bullion brands in the region and internationally. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy * Develop and execute Marmara's global brand strategy for gold and silver bullion products. * Build and strengthen Marmara's reputation within the precious metals industry. * Ensure consistent branding across all products, packaging, digital platforms, and marketing materials. Product Marketing * Develop marketing strategies for minted gold and silver bars. * Plan and execute new product launches and limited-edition collections. * Work closely with production and design teams on packaging, certificates, and product presentation. * Monitor competitor products and recommend new product opportunities. Dealer & B2B Marketing * Develop marketing programs to support bullion dealers, distributors, and jewellery partners. * Create sales presentations, catalogues, brochures, and dealer marketing materials. * Support the sales team in expanding Marmara's distribution network. * Build relationships with key industry stakeholders. Digital Marketing * Manage Marmara's website and digital marketing strategy. * Oversee social media, email marketing, and online campaigns. * Coordinate professional product photography, videos, and educational content. * Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Exhibitions & Events * Plan and manage Marmara's participation in international bullion, jewellery, and precious metals exhibitions. * Organize product launches, dealer events, and corporate presentations. * Represent Marmara's brand at industry events and networking opportunities. Market Intelligence * Monitor global precious metals trends, competitor activities, and customer demand. * Analyze market opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives. * Support management with market research and strategic recommendations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years** of marketing and brand management experience within the **precious metals, bullion, jewellery, minting, refining, or investment products industry**. * Strong understanding of **gold and silver bullion products**, investment bars, and the precious metals market. * Experience working with bullion dealers, distributors, jewellery manufacturers, or refineries. * Experience launching premium products and managing luxury or investment brands. * Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. * Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
