Medical Team Leader

We are a leading pharmaceutical group seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Team Leader to lead our medical team, provide scientific and clinical support, and ensure the effective implementation of medical strategies across the region.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.Must be Kurdish with fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (advanced level).Proven experience in medical affairs, clinical support, or pharmaceutical operations.Previous experience leading and managing medical teams.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide scientific training and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.Willingness to travel within Kurdistan and Iraq as required.
