The ideal candidate will guide clients through the mortgage process, assess their financial needs, recommend suitable financing solutions, and coordinate with leading banks to secure the best mortgage options. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and business partners. Key Responsibilities * Advise clients on residential, commercial, and investment mortgage solutions. * Assess customer eligibility and recommend the most suitable mortgage products. * Manage the complete mortgage application process from inquiry to loan disbursement. * Coordinate with banks, developers, and real estate agencies to facilitate approvals. * Collect, verify, and submit all required documentation accurately and on time. * Follow up with banks to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications. * Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the application process. * Generate new business through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. * Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and banking partners. * Stay updated on UAE banking regulations, mortgage products, and market trends. * Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage sales, banking, or financial services (UAE experience preferred). * Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and banking procedures. * Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. * Strong communication and presentation abilities. * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
