Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Deputy Chief of Mission (Iraq) and direct supervision of the Monitoring & Reporting Officer, the National Programme Data and Reporting Officer will support IOM Iraq’s multi-sector programmes from the Erbil Sub-Office. IOM Iraq operates different governorates with offices in Baghdad, Erbil, Basra and seven sub-offices, implementing humanitarian, recovery, and development efforts. IOM’s approach links direct services, community programmes and capacity-building, enabling life-saving support while advancing durable solutions and resilience. Data underpins this work-the mission relies on robust programme information management systems. In this context, the National Programme Data and Reporting Officer will support the coordination of programme data collection and reporting across IOM Iraq’s emergency and development portfolios. Responsibilities Contribute to establishing and monitoring a system to collect, consolidate , and clean programme data from various units and field offices. Work closely with Programme Managers and M&E/IMS focal points to facilitate timely and accurate data submission for all projects. Establish routines for data validation and apply data protection standards. In collaboration with the Mission IMS Team, support administering programme data and information management systems and databases.
