Job Title: Office Manager / Administration Location: Baghdad, Iraq Industry: Oil & Gas Department: Administration Reports To: Country Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office and support facilities. The ideal candidate will manage office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, procurement, and employee support while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Facilities Management Vendor & Contract Management Travel & Logistics Management Budget & Cost Control Employee Support Services Compliance & Governance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 5 + years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or corporate services. Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Engineering, or Industrial sectors preferred. Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement, and facility operations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
