Osp Area Manager

**Job Purpose:** The OSP Area Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all Outside Plant (OSP) project activities within the assigned region, ensuring delivery of projects in line with client requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage all OSP project activities across the assigned area / district * Ensure achievement of project milestones, delivery targets, and client KPIs * Manage district teams, subcontractors, supervisors, and field engineers * Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, and equipment utilization * Coordinate with PMO, quality, procurement, and finance teams * Ensure compliance with client standards, safety requirements, and municipality regulations * Track revenue, cost, invoicing, and budget performance for the assigned area * Escalate risks, delays, and operational issues with mitigation plans * Maintain strong coordination with client representatives and stakeholders * Ensure timely closure of deviations, snags, and site handovers **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications / Electrical / Civil preferred) * Minimum 8–10 years of relevant OSP / Telecom project experience * Minimum 5 years in managerial / area management role * Strong experience in FTTX Civil & Fiber deployment projects * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory / preferred **Preferred Skills:** * PMO reporting and KPI management * Budget and cost control * Resource planning * Client communication * Risk management * Knowledge of STC / telecom operator standards
