Partner Manager Fixed (AUH )

**Key Accountabilities** * **Revenue & Partner Performance** - Drive achievement of all fixed services KPIs (FNE, TAAWUN, In-Zone, Home Wireless) - Own partner-led revenue growth and delivery - Hold partners accountable for P&L performance - Monitor performance and implement corrective action plans * **Partner Management & Governance** - Manage indirect partner portfolio and ensure alignment with business goals - Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking * **Territory Execution & Sales Activation** - Execute roadshows, kiosks and building tie-ups - Collaborate with marketing, logistics and operations * **Partner Capability & Productivity** - Identify training needs and improve partner capabilities - Drive productivity and manpower expansion Market Insights & Business Improvement - Provide structured market feedback and insights - Recommend improvements based on trends * **Operational Excellence & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements - Drive efficiency and service quality * **People Leadership** - Manage performance, engagement and attrition - Support recruitment and coaching **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Telecom, Sales or Marketing) * Minimum 5+ years in partner/channel management or sales * Strong knowledge of UAE market **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management * A good understanding of the telecommunications or any relevant industry like FMCG or retail distribution preferred * A good understanding of UAE Market is MUST * Strong people management skills. * Strong Presentation skills to present market insights **Skills** * Strong ability in problem solving matters that require high-level intervention. * Channel & partner management * Sales & revenue delivery * Commercial & P&L understanding * Territory execution * Performance analytics * Strong relationship building Accountability and ownership Problem solving and decision making * Leadership: Partner leadership Cross-functional collaboration
