📌 Al-Sunober Company is HiringPosition Title: People & Talent Acquisition Sr. OfficerLocation: Baghdad - Ineer Karadah.Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday to Thursday)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM❕ Job Purpose:The Senior People & Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end talent acquisition activities while supporting the organization in attracting, assessing, selecting, and onboarding high-quality talent Junior & Mid level Candidates.The role ensures that recruitment activities are aligned with approved manpower plans, job requirements, company culture. The position also contributes to employer branding, talent sourcing, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement of the candidate experience.🗝 Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle from Application request to candidate onboarding.- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, referrals, social media, networking, job fairs, and direct sourcing.- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, telephone interviews, and initial assessments.- Shortlist candidates based on technical competencies, behavioral competencies, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.- Coordinate technical interviews for junior and mid level candidates with hiring managers.- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment recommendations for management review.- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements in accordance with company policy.- Manage offer preparation, salary alignment, negotiations, and offer communication within approved compensation structures.- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Develop and maintain active talent pipelines for critical and frequently recruited positions.- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and high-potential professionals.- Develop talent pools for future organizational requirements.- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment databases, professional networks, and other sourcing techniques.- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.- Professional HR or recruitment certification is an advantage.- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.- Experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments is preferred.- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.- Experience with professional sourcing and headhunting techniques.- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and interviewing.📩How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their CV to:[email protected] Please include “People & Talent Acquisition Sr. Officer - Baghdad” in the subject line of your email.
