Planning Engineer

**Key responsibilities:** * **Schedule Development:** Create baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to sequence activities and establish milestones. * **Progress Monitoring:** Track physical and financial progress against plans, analyzing planned versus actual timelines. * **Reporting:** Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves for management and clients. * **Risk Management:** Identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical path activities, while preparing recovery plans. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with project managers, procurement, site engineers, and commercial teams to align resources and expedite material deliveries. * **Claims & EOT:** Assist in Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis using historical records. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. * 3 to 10 years of UAE construction experience, with a solid understanding of local authority regulations. * Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM) * Primavera certification required Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
