Planning Engineer

BE/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience 12+ Years as a Planning Engineer Industry EPC Oil & Gas Experience Salary AED 12,000 – 14,000 Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, and resource-loaded schedules. Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction progress against the approved plan. Analyze critical path, schedule variances, and project risks. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and KPI dashboards. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve schedule issues. Support project forecasting, recovery plans, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims where applicable. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company procedures. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of planning experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycle, scheduling techniques, and project controls. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
