Procurement Engineer

**Procurement Engineer:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer with proven experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and subcontracted services required for construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and quality compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Evaluate and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for construction projects. 2. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, services, and equipment. 3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to determine project-specific procurement needs. 4. Ensure materials and services meet project specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints. 5. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms with suppliers and subcontractors. 6. Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies. 7. Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to avoid project delays. 8. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. 9. Assist in inventory management and logistics coordination for construction materials. 10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies related to procurement activities. **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. 3–5 years of procurement experience in the construction industry. 3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and supply chain logistics. 4. Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel). 5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
