Production Engineer (Aluminum Factory)

WE ARE HIRING: **Production Engineer (Aluminum Factory)** We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day aluminum factory operations, optimize production processes, manage scrap/waste, and ensure high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and direct daily manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery of projects. Process Optimization: Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to minimize waste (scrap reduction) and maximize operational efficiency. Shop Floor Supervision: Supervise technicians and machine operators across extrusion, cutting, machining, and assembly lines. Quality & Safety Assurance: Work closely with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain strict product quality and a safe working environment. Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for machinery and production lines. Reporting: Prepare periodic production efficiency, material consumption, and yield reports for senior management. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering (Mandatory Requirement). Experience: Minimum of [Insert Years, e.g., 3–5 years] of hands-on experience in an Aluminum / Metal Fabrication Factory. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of aluminum processing, fabrication, and extrusion processes. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and ERP/Production Planning tools. Strong background in Quality Control and mechanical inspection techniques. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
