Project Engineer - Landscape/ Swimming Pool Experience

**Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Coordination** * Assist the Project Manager in managing daily project activities from start to completion. * Coordinate landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, and civil works. * Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. * Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. * Identify project delays, risks, and technical issues and support in resolving them. **Technical Support & Site Supervision** * Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents. * Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance. * Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities. * Monitor installation works including: * Swimming pool structures and filtration systems * Irrigation systems * Landscape lighting * Hardscape and paving works * Softscape and plantation works * Water features * Drainage and civil works **Quality, Safety & Documentation** * Ensure works comply with QA/QC procedures, project requirements, and HSE standards. * Support inspections, quality checks, and preparation of project records. * Prepare site reports, material approvals, and technical documentation. * Maintain accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle. **Procurement & Project Reporting** * Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials and equipment. * Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Assist in preparing variation documents, as-built drawings, and handover documents. * Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover. **Client & Consultant Coordination** * Attend project meetings and technical discussions. * Follow up on approvals, comments, and technical requirements. * Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **5–8 years of UAE experience** as a Project Engineer in landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, civil, MEP, or technical works projects. * Strong knowledge of landscaping, swimming pool systems, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and civil works. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements. * Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and MS Office**. * Knowledge of **MS Project or Primavera P6** is preferred. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
