Job Title: Project Engineer – Prefabricated Buildings, Interior Fit-Out & Maintenance Company: Red Fort General Contracting LLC Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Summary** Red Fort General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE or other GCC countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing and coordinating multiple projects involving prefabricated buildings, security cabins, interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works from planning through handover. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Management** \* Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. \* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. \* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. \* Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve project-related issues. \* Attend site meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. **Technical Responsibilities** \* Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents. \* Prepare material requisitions and coordinate procurement. \* Review and coordinate shop drawings and technical submittals. \* Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. \* Resolve technical and site execution issues. **Project Scope** \* Security cabins and guard houses. \* Prefabricated and modular buildings. \* Portable cabins and modular structures. \* Interior fit-out works. \* Office fit-outs and refurbishments. \* Renovation and alteration works. \* Building maintenance works (civil, architectural, and finishing). \* General maintenance and repair projects. **Site Coordination & Supervision** \* Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams. \* Coordinate inspections and approvals with clients and consultants. \* Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment. \* Maintain project documentation, RFIs, inspection requests, and site records. \* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies. **Requirements** \* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline. \* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE or other GCC countries. \* Proven experience in prefabricated buildings, security cabins, interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects. \* Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills. \* Ability to independently manage multiple projects and teams. \* Good knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and maintenance practices. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (or equivalent project management software). \* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. \* Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Preferred Qualifications \* Experience with government, commercial, and industrial projects. \* Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets. \* Strong coordination skills with consultants, suppliers, and clients. \* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
