The role involves planning, execution, delivery, contractor management, and coordination with multiple teams. 📢 Hiring | Project Manager 🏢 Qaiwan Group 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq Qaiwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead overall project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, and performance objectives are achieved. • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and milestones. • Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE, Legal, Administration, Sales, and other teams. • Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. • Monitor costs, schedules, KPIs, risks, issues, and project changes. • Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, quality standards, and regulations. • Manage relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. • Lead project meetings, reporting, problem-solving, commissioning, handover, and closeout. • Lead and develop project teams to achieve high performance. 🔹 Requirements 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. 💼 10–15 years of experience in construction projects. 📌 Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or senior project management role. 🏗️ Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. 🤝 Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 🗣️ Native Kurdish | Fluent English & Arabic 📩 How to Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] Subject: Project Manager/ Erbil #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
