Project Manager- Swimming pools, Water Feature and Landscape

**Project Planning & Execution** * Manage projects from award stage through completion and handover. * Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies. * Review contracts, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements. * Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Monitor progress and implement corrective actions when required. **Site & Construction Management** * Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, subcontractors, and site teams. * Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity. * Resolve technical and operational challenges. * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. **Client & Stakeholder Coordination** * Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities. * Attend project meetings and technical discussions. * Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. * Ensure client requirements and contractual obligations are achieved. **Cost Control & Procurement** * Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance. * Review variations, claims, and additional works. * Coordinate with QS and procurement teams for cost optimization. * Monitor material usage and implement cost-control measures. * Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources. **Technical & Quality Management** * Review drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. * Coordinate with engineering, design, QA/QC, and procurement teams. * Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Monitor quality standards and ensure timely closure of NCRs and site observations. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies and UAE safety regulations. **Project Reporting & Handover** * Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports. * Monitor project milestones, risks, and performance. * Maintain project records and documentation. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities. **Team Leadership** * Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams. * Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance. * Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum **8–12 years of UAE experience** managing landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, or civil construction projects. * Proven experience handling commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and government projects. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project execution, contract administration, and project controls. * Good understanding of QA/QC, HSE, procurement, and cost management. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is preferred.
