Project & Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Zircon Decor is seeking a skilled **Project & Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out** to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from planning through final handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, project coordination, quality control, scheduling, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP works to ensure smooth project execution. * Plan, monitor, and update project schedules in accordance with project requirements. * Monitor project progress, site activities, manpower, and resource allocation. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents before execution. * Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding design changes and site issues. * Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for efficient project execution. * Monitor material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site. * Attend project meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items. * Resolve technical and construction-related issues during project execution. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Coordinate inspections, snagging, testing, and project handover. * Maintain proper project documentation and records. * Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in Interior Fit-Out projects. * Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methods. * Experience in coordinating Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. * Ability to read and review shop drawings and technical drawings. * Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. * Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (Primavera knowledge is an advantage). * Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. **Job Type** **Full-time** Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi
