QA/QC Inspector – Fit-Out

**Position:** QA/QC Inspector – Fit-Out **Location:** UAE **Salary:** AED 6,000–7,500 + Company Car **Vacancies:** 02 **Experience:** 4–6 years of UAE experience in the Fit-Out industry (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: * Conduct quality inspections for interior fit-out works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and approved standards. * Inspect works related to gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, marble, glass, metal, and finishing works. * Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. * Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and approved method statements. * Identify quality issues, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure all materials used on-site comply with approved material submittals and project requirements. * Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, checklists, and quality reports. * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues. * Ensure all completed works meet project quality standards before handover. * Support internal audits and assist in implementing quality management procedures. Requirements: * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * **4–6 years of UAE experience in the Fit-Out industry is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing works, and QA/QC procedures. * Experience with inspections, IRs, NCRs, quality documentation, and snagging processes. * Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements. * Good communication and reporting skills. * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QA/QC documentation software is an advantage. * UAE Driving License is preferred. * Immediate joiners or candidates available in the UAE will be preferred. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
