The role will be responsible for undertaking Quality assessments, supporting Quality studies, developing technical deliverables and providing engineering expertise to multidisciplinary teams involved in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas facilities. The successful candidate will work as part of Wood's Iraq team and contribute to the ongoing Quality reliability and performance of critical production assets. Nationality Requirement: This position is open to Iraqi nationals only . Core Responsibilities: Directly supervise and lead QC inspectors and NDT personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Define individual responsibilities, provide effective training and mentorship, and conduct performance evaluations.
