تعلن شركة الصباح لخدمات التوظيف (Al-Sabah For Employment Services) عن فتح باب التقديم لشغل شاغر وظيفي في البصرة وفقاً للتفاصيل التالية:المسمى الوظيفي: QHSE Managerمكان العمل: العراق – البصرة (Basra, Iraq).الخبرة المطلوبة: من 7 إلى 10 سنوات.📋 المسؤوليات الرئيسية (Key Responsibilities):🔹 Lead, develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (QHSE-MS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.🔹 Serve as the primary QHSE representative for international clients, demonstrating the company’s commitment to operational excellence, quality, and safety.🔹 Develop, review, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work, ensuring they are effectively implemented across all operations.🔹 Ensure compliance with local legislation, international standards, and client-specific HSE requirements through regular monitoring, inspections, and audits.🔹 Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.🔹 Manage, mentor, and develop the QHSE team, providing leadership, performance management, coaching, and technical guidance to supervisors, advisors, and trainees.🔹 Establish and monitor QHSE KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present findings to senior management and clients.🔹 Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits, management reviews, and client inspections.🔹 Support tendering activities, prequalification submissions, and client audits by ensuring documentation and operational readiness meet international expectations.🔹 Promote a proactive safety culture through visible leadership, training initiatives, workforce engagement, and continuous improvement programs.🔹 Collaborate with operational departments to integrate QHSE requirements into daily activities and project execution.🎯 المؤهلات والشروط (Qualifications & Experience):🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.🔹 Minimum 7–10 years of QHSE experience, including proven managerial experience leading QHSE teams within the oil & gas or oilfield services industry.🔹 Demonstrated experience working with international clients and complying with their HSE management systems, standards, and expectations.🔹 Proven, verifiable track record of developing, implementing, and continuously improving HSE procedures and management systems.🔹 Strong experience in leading audits, incident investigations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.🔹 NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent internationally recognized HSE qualifications are highly desirable.🔹 Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Eng
