React.js & React Native Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a talented **React.js & React Native Developer** with **3–6 years of experience** to join our Digital Channels team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications for the banking sector. The role requires strong expertise in **React.js** and **React Native**, along with experience integrating enterprise APIs and working within Agile development environments. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using **React.js**. * Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using **React Native** for Android and iOS. * Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following best coding practices. * Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and enterprise backend services. * Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces. * Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and performance. * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments. * Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and banking security requirements. * Participate in CI/CD processes, application deployments, and release activities. Create and maintain technical documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. * **3–6 years of professional experience** in Front-End and Mobile Application Development. * Strong hands-on experience with **React.js** and **React Native**. * Strong proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6+)** and **TypeScript**. * Solid understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and component lifecycle. * Experience with state management using **Redux**, **Redux Toolkit**, or Context API. * Experience consuming **RESTful APIs** and working with JSON. * Strong knowledge of **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and responsive web design. * Experience using **Git** and modern version control workflows. * Good understanding of software development best practices and design patterns. * Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the **Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech** industry. * Experience with **Next.js**. * Experience with **Expo**. * Knowledge of **Firebase** services. * Experience with **GraphQL**. * Familiarity with **Microservices Architecture**. * Experience publishing mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
