Recruitment Specialist | BaghdadWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Baghdad – Al-Mansour.Position OverviewThe Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a strong match between candidates and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies.Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and candidate profiles.Stay updated on recruitment trends and effective talent acquisition practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate assessment techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong command of English is preferred.Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.Job DetailsLocation: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Days: 5 days per week Working Hours: 8 hours per day Salary: IQD 1,500,000 – 1,750,000How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to the following email:📧 [email protected] mention “Recruitment Specialist” in the email subject line.We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates and welcoming the right talent to our team.
