Reporting & Market Analysis Specialist

Job Summary Prepare and analyze retail business reports, monitor product and sales performance, and conduct market analysis to support product development and business planning. In addition, assist the Retail Back Office Support Specialist in preparing and processing loan applications and following up on their requirements. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare periodic reports on retail products, sales, and overall business performance. Collect, analyze, and validate data from relevant departments and branches. Monitor product performance against targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Prepare dashboards and management reports as required. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product development. Monitor customer and market trends and identify opportunities for product improvement. Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by management. Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of reports. Support the Product Development Supervisor in business planning and product performance reviews. Job Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or any related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, market research, or business analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Skills: Analytical and Technical Skills Ability to analyze data and prepare reports, monitor product, sales, and loan performance, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Organizational and Communication Skills Accuracy and attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication and coordination with various teams and departments, and the ability to provide support to Retail Back Office Support Specialists.
