Job description Job Title: Sales Consultant Company: SAS- Toyota Dealer Location: Salahaddin - Tikrit About The Job: The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional buying experience aligned with Toyota’s brand standards. The Sales Consultant will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to final delivery and follow-up. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles and financing options. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota products, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation accurately. Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to facilitate smooth transaction processing. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects via calls, emails, and CRM systems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Deliver vehicles to customers and provide complete product orientation. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Adhere to Toyota brand standards and dealership policies. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry. Languages: Arabic Fluent , English good
