Sales Engineer – Fit-Out | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Employment Type:** Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Engineer – Fit-Out** to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out, architectural finishes, and project-based sales within the Saudi market. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to drive sales from lead generation through project completion. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients. * Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for interior fit-out and turnkey projects. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. * Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and execution. * Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities. * Monitor project progress and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 3–7 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out, contracting, or construction industry. * Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction methods, and project execution. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Valid Saudi driving license or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
