We are hiring a proactive, target-driven **Marketing Executive** to drive building acquisitions and subscription sales. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pitch building management companies, secure exclusive parking wash contracts, and acquire car wash subscribers. * Conduct daily field visits to meet real estate companies, building managers, and property owners. * Present commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close signed building agreements. * Execute flyer drop-offs and on-ground activations to convert vehicle owners into monthly subscribers. * Achieve monthly targets for new signed building contracts and monthly tenant subscriber growth. * Maintain daily sales reports and hand over signed buildings and customers to the Operations Team. **Requirements:** * 1–2 years of UAE sales experience (experience in real estate, facility management, or subscription services is preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills in English (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus). * Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable with daily field outreach. * Valid UAE driver’s license preferred. **Benefits:** * Salary + Uncapped Commission * Competitive base salary with uncapped performance incentives per signed building and subscriber milestone. * High-growth environment with growth opportunities. **To Apply via WhatsApp:** Send your updated CV to **+971 55 1379208** with the message *"Application for Marketing Executive"*.
