**Sales Promoter** **Position Title:** Sales Promoter – Home Appliances & Electronics **Department:** Sales & Marketing / Retail Operations **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE (Hypermarkets & Key Retail Stores) **Reports To:** Sales Supervisor / Area Sales Manager **Employment Type:** Full-time **Position Summary** The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling home appliances and electronic products in leading hypermarkets such as Lulu, Carrefour, Nesto, and Sharaf DG. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining product features, maintaining attractive displays, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring brand visibility and compliance with store standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively approach customers in-store and promote home appliance and electronic products. * Demonstrate product features, functions, and usage to customers professionally and confidently. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to maximize sales. * Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management. * Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and labeled according to brand guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display area and product shelves. * Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the merchandiser or store in-charge for replenishment. * Report any damaged, missing, or slow-moving items to the supervisor. * Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff to ensure smooth operations. * Follow up with store teams on product visibility, promotions, and display arrangements. * Support in setting up promotional displays or in-store activities. * Submit daily/weekly sales reports, stock updates, and customer feedback to the supervisor. * Provide insights on competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences. * Participate in regular sales meetings and product training sessions. **Qualifications & Experience** * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a **Sales Promoter** in **home appliances or consumer electronics**. * Prior experience working in **hypermarkets (e.g., Lulu, Carrefour, Nesto, Union Coop, etc.)** is **mandatory**. * **Merchandising experience** preferred. * Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of electrical appliances, POS operation, and Microsoft Excel for reporting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent product presentation and customer service attitude * Result-driven and target-oriented * Positive personality with professional grooming and appearance * Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively * Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
