Sales Representative – Retail Sales

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with strong communication and customer relationship skills. Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Visit retail outlets and customers regularly to promote company products. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base. Present and promote products effectively to customers. Follow up on customer orders, payments, and sales activities. Monitor product availability, pricing, and market activities. Collect and report market feedback, customer needs, and competitor information. Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales performance. Ensure company products are properly displayed and promoted at retail locations. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives. Follow company sales policies, procedures, and reporting requirements. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Food & Beverage / FMCG. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Good knowledge of the local retail market. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel and visit customers/retail outlets as required. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting. Languages: Kurdish: Required, Arabic: Required, English: Preferred. Preferred Skills: Previous experience with coffee, food, beverages, or FMCG products is highly preferred. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
