Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman

We're Hiring – Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman **Location:** UAE We are looking for an experienced **Scaffolding Supervisor / Foreman** to join our growing team. Requirements: * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in scaffolding construction. * Valid **UAE Driving License** (Mandatory). * Good communication skills in **English** (speaking and understanding). * Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, dismantling, and safety procedures. * Ability to supervise site teams and coordinate with clients and project engineers. * Experience in reading drawings and planning scaffolding work. * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company safety procedures. * Ability to manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities. * Lead and monitor scaffolding crews to ensure safe and timely completion of work. * Conduct toolbox talks and maintain safety compliance on site. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding work progress. * Ensure quality standards and project specifications are followed. * Prepare daily work reports and site updates. * Inspect scaffolding before handover and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
