Scaffolding Supervisor - Own Visa Preferred

We are looking for an experienced **Scaffolding Supervisor** to join our team immediately for a longterm construction project Key Responsibilities * Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities. * Ensure all scaffolding work complies with UAE safety regulations and project requirements. * Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, project managers, and clients. * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safe work practices. * Inspect scaffolding before use and maintain inspection records. * Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. * Report daily work progress and site issues to management. * Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Requirements * Minimum **3 or 4 years of experience** as a Scaffolding Supervisor in the UAE. * Good knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety procedures. * Ability to manage and supervise scaffold teams independently. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * **Own Visa people are preferred.** * **Available to join quickly.** * UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
