We provide end-to-end services including engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, and project management for residential, commercial, and industrial developments across the UAE. Position: Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the company's financial operations and support project-based accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of UAE accounting standards. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. * Process supplier invoices and coordinate vendor payments. * Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and company expenses. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. * Prepare payroll and employee expense reimbursements. * Maintain VAT records and prepare VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations. * Assist with audits and prepare supporting financial documentation. * Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates to management. * Coordinate with procurement, project, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation. * Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records. * Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or technical services. * Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). * Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * High level of integrity and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in GRC, GRP, construction, or contracting companies. * Knowledge of project costing and contract accounting. * Experience handling payroll, WPS, and supplier payment management. * Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
