Senior Accountant

Master Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Erbil, Iraq. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and accounting entries. Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support month-end and year-year closing activities. Coordinate with departments and branches on financial matters. Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation. Conduct financial and physical inspections at company locations when required. Travel to other cities across Iraq for field visits and inspections when needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting position. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Willingness and flexibility to travel within Iraq when required. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
