Senior Architect

WE’RE HIRING | Senior ArchitectArchcompound is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our professional team.📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – IraqIf you have strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and a passion for high-quality architectural work, we encourage you to apply.Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction.- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.- Strong experience in preparing Shop Drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).- Proven on-site experience, including contractor coordination and construction supervision.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, architectural detailing, materials, and applicable standards.- Ability to coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design teams.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.- Knowledge of Arabic and/or Kurdish is an advantage.Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and detailed Shop Drawings.- Prepare and review BOQs and technical documentation.- Coordinate architectural works with all engineering disciplines.- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues.- Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.How to ApplyApplications are accepted by email only.Please send your CV and Portfolio to:📧 [email protected]📧 [email protected]#All_Kurdistan_Jobs
