**Senior Interior Designer** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and highly creative **Senior Interior Designer** to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE project experience, strong expertise in BIM and advanced design technologies, and the ability to lead interior design projects from concept through completion while ensuring compliance with UAE authority regulations and sustainability standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead interior design projects from concept design through construction completion. * Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, space planning, and presentation materials. * Produce detailed BIM models, construction drawings, and technical documentation using Autodesk Revit. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. * Present design proposals and maintain strong client relationships. * Select finishes, furniture, fixtures, and materials while balancing aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and project budgets. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, DEWA, and other UAE authority requirements. * Prepare design documentation including concept, schematic, detailed design, specifications, and construction documents. * Conduct site inspections, monitor design implementation, and resolve technical issues. * Mentor junior designers and support BIM standards and digital workflows. * Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, BIM advancements, and emerging technologies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. * **Minimum 10 years of overall Interior Design experience.** * **Minimum 5 years of UAE experience** in interior design projects. * Strong expertise in **Autodesk Revit (BIM)** is mandatory. * Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and ISO 19650 standards. * Proficiency in visualization software such as **3DS Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, D5, or similar.** * Experience coordinating with Dubai authorities and obtaining project approvals. * Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and sustainable design practices. * Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills. * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams. * Strong portfolio showcasing completed UAE interior design projects. * **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.** Pay: AED22,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you describe a major interior design project you led in the UAE, including your role from concept through completion? * What is your experience using Autodesk Revit (BIM) for interior design projects, and how have you coordinated with architects and MEP teams? * Which UAE authorities have you worked with (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.) * Can you share examples of sustainable or high-end interior projects you've completed and how you managed budgets, timelines, and site execution Work Location: In person
