Senior QA Engineer - (3 months) - Remote - Immediate Hiring

About the Role We are looking for a **Senior QA Engineer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will drive both manual and automated testing efforts while contributing to continuous quality improvements. What You'll Be Doing * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. * Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. * Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated test suites. * Verify that software implementations meet business and functional requirements. * Review business and technical requirements to ensure consistency, completeness, and testability. * Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through to resolution. * Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability and quality standards. * Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability and quality. * Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities. * Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues and improve development processes. **Requirements** * 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control is a must, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role. * Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems. * Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail. * Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value. * Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools. * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
