Senior Structural Engineer

Pre-Contract Review structural design, calculations, geotechnical reports and structural systems. Review foundations, piles, concrete, steel and other structural elements. Ensure code compliance, constructability and coordination with Architecture/MEP. Carry out structural optimization/value engineering. Review specifications, BOQs and tender submissions. Post-Contract Review structural shop drawings, reinforcement details, materials and method statements. Supervise structural works and review concrete/material testing. Resolve structural RFIs, NCRs and site technical issues. Review structural variations and proposed modifications. Review as-built drawings and participate in final inspections/handover.
