Shift Supervisor

Dodo Pizza is seeking a responsible and energetic Shift Supervisor with previous experience in restaurants, preferably pizza or fast-food concepts. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations during assigned shifts, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring excellent service, quality, and team performance.________Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts.• Ensure smooth workflow and proper staff coverage throughout the shift.• Support and guide team members to meet operational and service standards.• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.• Monitor product quality and service speed.• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally during the shift.• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.• Support inventory control and report shortages or issues to management.• Ensure correct use of POS systems and daily sales procedures.• Report shifts performance and any operational issues to the Store Manager.________Requirements & Qualifications:• Previous experience in restaurants or food & beverage operations (pizza experience is a strong advantage).• Experience as a Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Crew Member is preferred.• Strong communication and team-leading skills.• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.• Ability to communicate in Arabic is required; English and Kurdish are a plus.________Working Conditions & Benefits:• 9 working hours per shift.• One weekly day off (mid-week).• One free meal per working day.• Career growth opportunities within Dodo Pizza.يرجى ارسال السيرة الذاتية الى الى الايميل :[email protected] او على الرقم التالي :07501884866#All_Kurdistan_Jobs
