Site Engineer

**Job Title: Site Engineer - ADM Approved - Swimming Pool & Landscape Works** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a ADM Approved Engineer qualified and experienced **Civil Engineer** with proven experience in **Villa Construction, swimming pool, and landscape projects**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing site activities, ensuring that all works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and local authority regulations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage all civil, swimming pool, and landscape construction activities on site. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved quality standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority requirements. * Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from consultants and authorities. * Manage site manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently. * Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions. * Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site. * Measure completed work and assist in preparing interim payment applications and variation orders. * Conduct site meetings and coordinate with the design and procurement teams. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **5 years of UAE experience**, with at least **3 years in G+1 villas, swimming pools, and landscape works**. * Strong knowledge of villa construction methodologies, pool systems, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external works. * Familiarity with ADM Municipality regulations and approval procedures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage). * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE Driving License is preferred. Preferred Skills * Experience managing multiple villa projects simultaneously. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
