Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience managing software development teams. * Strong background in software engineering and application development. * Experience with software architecture, system design, and technical planning. * Strong knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and development tools. * Experience managing Agile or Scrum development teams. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and modern software platforms. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud. * Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. * Experience leading engineering teams in technology-driven companies. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity and secure software development practices. * Experience scaling software teams and development processes.
