Software Service Delivery Manager

Founded in 2014, Advansys is part of the INTRO Group, a private conglomerate established in 1980 with diverse investments across different business areas, oil and gas, real estate, specialized engineering, financial investment, Food & manufacturing. * Ensuring the successful delivery of software services to clients. * Manage department members to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. * Manage department members are following the internal processes, providing guidance as needed. * Support the regional business expansion strategies. * Provide improvement and innovation proposals to increase productivity and quality of work. * Support commercial team to prepare technical solutions and estimates for new project. * Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Identifying and resolving issues or obstacles that may impact service delivery. * Maintaining effective communication with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns. * Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations. * Adhering to quality standards and best practices in software service delivery. * Cascade departmental target for each Senior Team lead/ Team Lead, provide guidance as needed. * Support commercial team to prepare technical solutions for new project. * Responsible for software team technical growth. **Requirements** ---------------- * Computer Science degree or any relevant background. * 10+ including 5+ as a developer or similar role and 5+ leading a team. * Experience in software development and enterprise architecture. * Experience in manage and oversee project management processes.
